"If your computer frightens you, you are afraid to type on your computer for fear you will "break it", you have at any point felt that a component of your computer was a "cupholder", or you are over the age of 65, please press 1. All others, press 2."</description>

		<description>I feel you.  I hate talking to our ATT Uverse Tech support.  Every time they ask the same stupid questions.  I try to head them off by listing what I've already done to speed things up.  What's ridiculous is that you get different answers each time you call.  I really wouldn't want their job though, buecause like you said, they have to deal with a majority of retards.  They should have a customer certification so you can cut through the bs each time.  That does remind me of this video though.
